Return & Refund Policy

At Utsavika, we take great care to ensure that every product you receive is of the highest quality. If you face any issue with your order, please read the policy below, which depends on how the order was placed.

Sale and offer orders: no returns

Products bought during a sale, an offer or at a discounted price (including items in our Sale category and products promoted through an offer message) are final sale. These orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Regular orders: returns accepted

Products bought at regular price can be returned if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images of the issue for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide store credit depending on the situation.

Return delivery is the customer’s responsibility

We do not provide any pickup or return shipping service. For an approved return, the customer must arrange and pay for the delivery of the product back to our factory. Our team will share the return address when your return is approved. Shipping charges, COD fees and handling costs are non-refundable.

Condition of returned products

Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items that appear to be used, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return. Please note that color variations or minor differences in design due to lighting and screen settings do not qualify as defects.

Customized products

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, as they are specially crafted based on your preferences.

Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed only to the original payment method or as store credit, as decided by Utsavika. The refund process may take seven to ten business days after the returned product has been received and inspected at our factory.

We reserve the right to decline return or refund requests if the product does not meet the mentioned eligibility conditions. Our goal is to ensure a fair and smooth shopping experience for all customers.
