Return & Refund Policy
At Utsavika, we take great care to ensure that every product you receive is of the highest quality. However, if you face any issue with your order, we are here to help. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and clear images of the issue for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide store credit depending on the situation.
Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact while requesting a return or exchange. Items that appear to be used, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return. Please note that color variations or minor differences in design due to lighting and screen settings do not qualify as defects.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, as they are specially crafted based on your preferences. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed only to the original payment method or as store credit, as decided by Utsavika. The refund process may take seven to ten business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If the reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will be requested to ship the product back to us. Shipping charges, COD fees, or any handling costs are non-refundable. In cases where the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or continuous unavailability of the customer, return shipping charges may apply.
We reserve the right to decline return or refund requests if the product does not meet the mentioned eligibility conditions. Our goal is to ensure a fair and smooth shopping experience for all customers.
